A permanent Dispensing Optician job in Cirencester, working 37.5 hours per week on Monday to Friday with alternative weekends, offering the chance to join a busy practice team.
This is an opportunity to be based at our practice on Cricklade Street, where you will work alongside our resident optometrist and pre-registration colleague to deliver exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expert dispensing advice and fitting a wide range of frames and lenses to suit individual patient needs
- Working collaboratively with the resident optometrist and pre-registration team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Delivering a high standard of customer service from initial welcome through to collection and aftercare
- Supporting patients with frame selection, adjustments, and minor repairs
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Dispensing Optician with a valid licence to practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering patient-focused care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team in a retail practice environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday with alternative weekends
