This position invites you to work within an established team in a busy practice, handling a wide selection of designer frames and advanced lenses including Nuance and RayBan Meta.
What you'll be doing
- Dispensing spectacles and optical appliances to patients of all ages
- Tailoring expert frame and lens recommendations, including designer ranges and specialist products like Nuance and RayBan Meta
- Providing professional, attentive aftercare and adjusting frames for an optimal fit
- Collaborating with optometrists and practice colleagues to ensure a smooth patient journey
What we're looking for
- GOC registered
- Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a retail practice environment
- Flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday rota pattern
