A permanent 37.5 hours per week Dispensing Optician position is available within a busy practice located in Bristol Cribbs Causeway, offering a competitive salary alongside a collaborative team environment. You will be working across flexible shifts between 8.30am and 7.00pm from Monday to Sunday, supporting patients with a broad selection of frames including designer brands.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expert frame and lens recommendations to suit individual customer prescriptions and lifestyle needs
- Dispensing a wide variety of optical products, including designer collections and specialist lenses
- Working collaboratively alongside an established team of clinicians and store colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care
- Managing frame styling and fitting, ensuring every pair is accurately measured and adjusted
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Dispensing Optician with a current license to practice in the UK
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering personalised customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to cover a rota that includes shifts between 8.30am and 7.00pm across Monday to Sunday
