What you'll be doing
- Deliver patient-focused eye care and professional frame and lens consultations to a diverse patient base
- Support the wider store team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development
- Maintain high standards of clinical and retail service in line with industry regulations
- Build strong rapport with patients to understand their visual requirements and lifestyle needs
