As the lead for this store, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care. This is an exciting chance to shape the success of a compact, community-focused branch located within the Myrtlefield Shopping Centre.
What you'll be doing
- Managing daily store operations, rotas, and visual merchandising standards to maximise commercial performance
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team to ensure high standards of customer service and clinical support
- Overseeing dispensing services, patient eye health queries, and appointment scheduling
- Handling stock management, compliance, and health and safety requirements within the branch
- Building strong relationships with local patients and ensuring every visitor receives a tailored, professional experience
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or supervisor within a retail, healthcare, or optical environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Commercial awareness and a track record of driving store targets and business growth
- Ability to commit to permanent hours, including required weekend shifts
