What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients to the practice and managing appointments with a professional, friendly approach
- Dispensing spectacles and helping customers choose frames and lenses that suit their lifestyle and prescription needs
- Undertaking pre-screening duties, including autorefraction and optical coherence tomography where required
- Adjusting, repairing, and fitting eyewear to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Handling enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining high standards of presentation across the practice floor
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or healthcare environment, though full training is provided
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for helping people
