What you'll be doing
- Delivering expert clinical advice and tailored eyewear recommendations to every patient
- Dispensing a wide range of frames and lenses to suit individual lifestyle and budget needs
- Conducting style consultations and frame adjustments with precision and care
- Working collaboratively with optometrists and support staff to ensure a smooth patient journey
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and managing orders through to collection
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Dispensing Optician with current, unrestricted registration
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all dispensing measurements
- Ability to thrive in a busy retail environment and work well within a team
- Willingness to work regular weekend shifts as part of a permanent schedule
