What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional, personalised patient care using a modern 25-minute testing structure
- Dispense glasses and optical products tailored to individual customer needs
- Support wider in-store clinical services, including integrated hearing care
- Collaborate closely with three resident optometrists, an assistant store manager, and eleven other colleagues
- Contribute to a high-performing practice culture focused on shared goals and development
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Dispensing Optician with a passion for clinical excellence
- A strong, patient-first approach to all aspects of retail optics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a close-knit team of fifteen
