What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day operations in a busy, established dispensing business that supports local residents and visitors
- Leading, coaching and developing a close-knit team of 10 optical professionals
- Building strong working relationships with local GP surgeries and the wider community
- Ensuring safe, high-quality NHS services are delivered consistently across the practice
- Participating in a structured 12-week induction with support from experienced Store Leaders in nearby Shrewsbury and Telford
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, or an Assistant Manager ready to take the next step
- Alternatively, an experienced Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician who is confident running a practice day-to-day
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for community-focused healthcare
- A location-friendly commute, with a car recommended and easy reach via local road networks and the nearby train station
