We are recruiting for a full-time Practice Manager job in Sheffield, offering Monday to Saturday hours with no Sundays and a salary of up to market rate with competitive benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a tight-knit team of 6 to 8 colleagues at a vibrant high street practice based in the Manor Park Centre.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a dedicated team of 6 to 8 colleagues on a daily basis within the practice
- Delivering essential patient care and community healthcare services, from health checks to vaccinations
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, patient-centred service
- Working closely alongside two resident clinicians and the wider healthcare team
- Driving business growth while maintaining high standards of customer service
What we're looking for
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Dispenser, or healthcare professional ready to step up into management
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and supporting team progression
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and community health services
