What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service to every patient who walks through the doors
- Dispensing glasses and helping patients choose frames that suit their style and prescription
- Conducting pre-screening tests, including visual acuity checks and optical coherence tomography
- Adjusting, repairing, and fitting eyewear to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit
- Managing bookings, handling enquiries, and helping with general day-to-day practice administration
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in customer service, retail, or a healthcare environment
- A warm, approachable manner and strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and technology
- The ability to work well within a busy team and adapt to changing daily priorities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including weekend shifts
