Key responsibilities include:

Leading eye examinations and delivering exceptional patient care.

Delivering enhanced optical services, including triage and complex assessments, as required by the practice.
Providing valuable clinical support to fellow team members.
Liaising effectively with external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient pathways.
Maintaining and sharing up-to-date clinical knowledge with the team.
Contributing actively to the leadership and operational success of the store.

Requirements for this Optometrist position

Essential qualifications and skills:

Current GOC registration or eligibility to register within six months.
Possession of, or working towards, an NHS performer number.

A solid understanding of local clinical networks and referral pathways.
