What you'll be doing
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to every customer who visits the practice
- Conducting pre-screening tests, taking measurements, and helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their needs and prescription
- Adjusting, repairing, and dispensing spectacles to a high standard
- Booking appointments, managing enquiries over the phone, and handling general reception duties
- Working closely with optometrists and dispensing opticians to ensure a smooth, efficient customer journey from start to finish
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a healthcare setting is helpful, though full training is provided
