What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
- Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining high visual standards across the practice
- Driving sales performance and key commercial targets while ensuring compliance with professional standards and company policies
- Building strong relationships within the local community and surrounding areas, including Aberdeen, to drive patient footfall
- Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain the reputation of the practice
