What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure high standards of customer service and commercial performance
- Leading, coaching and developing the team to reach their full potential through regular support and training
- Overseeing clinic diaries, managing appointments and ensuring smooth patient flow from reception to dispensing
- Monitoring key performance indicators, driving sales targets and managing stock control within the store
- Handling patient queries and resolving any complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, professional standards and company policies at all times

- Proven experience in retail management, team leadership or practice management within the optical or healthcare sector
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and meeting targets
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
