What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients into the practice and managing arrivals with a friendly, professional approach
- Conducting pre-screening tests, including autorefraction and tonometry, accurately and efficiently
- Dispensing glasses and frames tailored to individual prescription needs and lifestyle preferences
- Adjusting, repairing, and fitting eyewear to ensure a comfortable and precise fit for every customer
- Booking appointments, managing enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records using the in-store system
- Helping patients select frames and lenses, offering expert styling and product advice
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail environment, ideally within optics or healthcare
