We are currently looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician jobs Boston candidate to join a well-established practice in Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, 38.75 hours per week role offering a competitive salary and a supportive team environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expert dispensing advice and fitting a wide range of frames and lenses to suit individual patient needs
- Delivering high standards of customer service from initial welcome through to collection and aftercare
- Supporting optometrists and the wider practice team with daily clinical and administrative tasks
- Managing customer queries, adjustments, and repairs with care and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ordering correct stock promptly
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Dispensing Optician with current, valid registration
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy, customer-focused team
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
