We are currently recruiting for Practice Manager jobs on a 38.75 hours per week permanent contract based in the East Midlands. This is an exciting leadership position offering the chance to guide a dedicated team in a busy retail environment.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit commercial targets
- Managing day-to-day branch operations, including rotas, performance reviews and compliance
- Driving sales performance through effective merchandising, local marketing and exceptional patient care standards
- Resolving customer queries professionally and maintaining a welcoming, well-organised practice environment
- Collaborating with clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth patient journey from welcome to collection
What we're looking for
- Proven retail management or store leadership experience, ideally within optics, healthcare or a fast-paced customer service sector
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and meeting operational KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a diverse team
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong organisational abilities
