What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients to the practice and managing appointments
- Dispensing spectacles and adjusting frames to ensure a comfortable fit
- Pre-screening patients using automated equipment before their eye test
- Managing frame displays, keeping the sales floor clean, and maintaining merchandising standards
- Handling customer queries in person and over the phone
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail, customer-facing, or optical environment is advantageous but full training is provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
