What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with frame selection and fitting
- Dispensing and adjusting spectacles to suit individual needs
- Performing pre-screening tests and visual field checks
- Handling general administrative duties and booking appointments
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service on the shop floor
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to customer service
- The ability to work well within a busy team environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail role is beneficial, though full training will be provided
