What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and motivating the in-store team to deliver high standards of patient care and commercial performance
- Managing daily store operations, including rotas, payroll inputs, stock control and visual merchandising standards
- Driving key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average transaction values and patient satisfaction scores
- Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring all clinical compliance and Health and Safety guidelines are strictly followed
- Conducting regular performance reviews, training sessions and developmental 1-to-1s with team members
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, ideally within optics, pharmacy or customer-facing retail
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales data and take proactive steps to improve store performance
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
