We are recruiting for Optometrist jobs in Dundee, offering full or part-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a chance to join a modern practice delivering specialist eye care alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting pre and post-operative consultations for refractive and cataract surgery patients
- Providing clinical support to ophthalmologists during refractive surgery
- Delivering YAG capsulotomy procedures as part of the multi-disciplinary service
- Providing Essential and Advanced Eye examinations
- Communicating with and treating patients via telemedicine
- Supporting the hub administrative team when required
- Reviewing and triaging incoming referrals from optometrists, GPs and primary care routes
What we're looking for
- GOC registered Optometrist
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes
- Willingness to undertake full refractive and cataract surgery training provided by experienced clinicians
