Optical Assistant
London Eye Bespoke Eyewear in Newark and Sherwood seeks a dedicated Optical Assistant to be the initial point of contact for all patients. This crucial role ensures the efficient operation of our practice.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and managing appointment schedules.
- Conducting pre-screening tests, such as autorefraction, tonometry, and visual fields.
- Providing support during frame selection, offering guidance to patients.
- Performing basic spectacle adjustments and repairs.
- Processing new orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the practice environment.
