About this role
Leicester Optical (Rothley) is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our established practice. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eye examinations, accurately diagnosing a range of ocular conditions, and prescribing appropriate corrective lenses.
This vital role involves:
- Conducting thorough sight tests and visual field assessments.
- Identifying and managing common eye diseases and refractive errors.
- Making timely referrals to ophthalmology services when necessary.
You will work collaboratively with our optical assistants and reception team to ensure a seamless patient journey. Our Charnwood practice serves a diverse local community, requiring an optometrist who can adapt their approach to meet varied patient needs and expectations.
