Krog & Whitehead Opticians, situated at 21 High St, North Northamptonshire, NN9 6HS in Wellingborough, is seeking a dedicated Optical Assistant. This role is crucial for the seamless operation of the practice, as you will be the initial point of contact for all patients.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks:

- Conducting pre-screening tests, including autorefraction, tonometry, and visual fields.
- Supporting patients with frame selection and offering guidance.
- Performing basic frame adjustments and minor repairs.
- Processing optical orders accurately.
- Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the practice floor.
