This crucial position supports the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice. You will be responsible for:
- Supervising the front-line team, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment.
- Addressing patient queries and resolving escalated issues to maintain high service standards.
- Assisting with stock control and ordering processes, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Deputising for the Practice Manager during their absence.
The Assistant Practice Manager acts as a vital link, translating senior management objectives into actionable tasks for the team and providing valuable feedback from the floor upwards. You will also contribute to team training and development programmes.
