Assistant Manager
Kingsthorpe EyeCare Opticians in West Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join their established practice. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
The Assistant Manager will support the Practice Manager in all operational aspects, including:
- Supervising the front-line optical team, fostering a collaborative working atmosphere.
- Managing patient interactions, resolving queries, and addressing any escalated concerns with professionalism.
- Assisting with inventory control, including stock checks and processing orders to maintain optimal levels.
This position acts as a crucial liaison, bridging the gap between the operational team and senior management. You will also play a part in developing the skills of team members through training initiatives. When the Practice Manager is unavailable, you will deputise to maintain continuity of service.
