Kings Walk Contact Lenses in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to join their dedicated team. This pivotal role supports the Practice Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional patient care.
You will be responsible for:

- Managing patient queries and resolving escalations, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to practice standards.
- Assisting with stock control and ordering, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Deputising in the Practice Manager's absence, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
- Contributing to the training and development programme for all team members.
