About this role
Kindsight is seeking a skilled Practice Manager for our Leicester practice, located at Suite 1, Floor 8, 60 Charles Street, LE1 1FB. This role is central to the smooth operation and commercial success of the practice.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Kindsight standards.
- Leading and motivating the practice team, fostering a collaborative and productive working atmosphere.
- Driving commercial performance through effective sales strategies and business development.
- Upholding stringent clinical governance standards and ensuring compliance.
- Managing stock levels and supplier relationships to optimise inventory and costs.
