Qualified Dispensing Optician
Kimberley Opticians (Oakwood Eyecare Centre) HG, located at 31 Greens Lane, Broxtowe, NG16 2PB, is seeking a Qualified Dispensing Optician. This role is central to delivering comprehensive optical care to our patients.
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately interpreting ophthalmic prescriptions.
- Guiding patients through frame and lens choices, considering their visual needs and lifestyle.
- Taking precise measurements for optimal spectacle fitting.
- Fitting and adjusting eyewear to ensure comfort and performance.
- Managing more complex dispensing challenges and providing expert advice.
- Delivering contact lens aftercare where appropriate.
Working collaboratively with our optometrists and the wider practice team, you will contribute to a seamless patient journey, from initial examination through to aftercare. This position offers the opportunity to apply your dispensing expertise within a supportive clinical setting.
