Inter Eyecare in Northampton's Grosvenor Centre seeks a dedicated Optometrist to join their established practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient demographic, reflecting the busy town centre location.

Requirements
To excel as an Optometrist at Inter Eyecare, Grosvenor Centre, you will require current GOC registration. A BSc (Hons) or MOptom in Optometry, alongside successful completion of a recognised pre-registration programme, are essential qualifications.
You will demonstrate proficiency in core clinical skills, including comprehensive sight testing, contact lens fitting, performing fundus examinations, and the interpretation of OCT scans.
Crucially, excellent patient communication and a keen attention to detail are vital. The ability to engage in multidisciplinary teamwork within the practice is also expected.
Further qualifications that would be advantageous include independent prescribing, glaucoma accreditation, or completion of WOPEC modules.
