About this role
Green Opticians in Derbyshire Dales is seeking a dedicated Optical Assistant to join their practice. You will be the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and managing appointment schedules.
- Conducting essential pre-screening tests such as autorefraction, tonometry, and visual fields.
- Providing support with frame selection and basic spectacle adjustments and repairs.
- Processing customer orders and managing practice administration.
This integral role contributes significantly to the smooth operation of the practice. You will play a central part in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining the professional presentation of the practice floor at our Derbyshire Dales location.
