This role is integral to the efficient operation of our optical practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for their initial experience.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Greeting patients and managing appointment schedules.
- Conducting essential pre-screening tests, such as autorefraction, tonometry, and visual fields.
- Assisting patients with frame selection and providing guidance.
- Performing basic frame adjustments and repairs.
- Processing patient orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining the overall presentation and tidiness of the practice floor.
You will play a central role in ensuring a smooth patient journey and supporting the optometrist.
