Optical Assistant
Carl Love Opticians in Rutland are seeking a dedicated Optical Assistant to join their practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of the practice.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and managing appointment scheduling.
- Conducting pre-screening tests, such as autorefraction, tonometry, and visual fields.
- Offering assistance with frame selection and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Performing basic spectacle adjustments and repairs.
- Processing patient orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining the overall presentation and tidiness of the practice environment.
This role is central to delivering excellent patient care and supporting the optical team in providing a high standard of service to the Rutland community.
