About this role
As Practice Manager at Amplifon - Northampton, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our West Northamptonshire clinic. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
Your key duties include:
- Leading and motivating the practice team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Overseeing daily operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and customer service.
- Managing commercial performance, setting targets and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Upholding rigorous clinical governance standards and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Managing stock levels and supplier relationships, optimising inventory and cost-effectiveness.
You will act as the crucial link between our dedicated clinical team and broader business objectives, translating strategic goals into tangible actions. The ultimate aim is to consistently deliver an exceptional patient experience at our 38 St Giles' St location.
